Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them securely back in their original packaging.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
